Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Avon

We stayed two nights and were more than impressed. We were in town for our granddaughter’s basketball tournament. We were in and out of the hotel many times throughout the days of our stay. We were welcomed like normal on our arrival. The following morning at breakfast we met Sara. She came in asking how was our breakfast was. And the conversation went from there talking about why we were there, what was planned, where we were from. We talked about our families, and finally ended talking about the family things to do in our home town and nearby cities. Sara was so impressed with our home town she came back in and asked for the city again so she could put it in her phone. Each time we came back into the hotel she would say “there’s my favorite family “. We found Daricus ( sorry about spelling) the young man that took care of the breakfast room both mornings. Watching him he was always checking on food, wiping tables after people finished and left and doing it calmly. Which in some hotels we’ve been it in no way gets done like Daricus did. Conversation started as we were leaving and continued for a few minutes. The following morning we felt like old friends coming back in for breakfast. He remembered us, making us feel welcome & made it a point to talk with us again. Ashley who was working the front desk was also lots of fun to talk to. She was very helpful & knowledgeable & most of all friendly. Just like everyone else! She too was above and beyond in regard to making us feel like longtime friends. As we were heading out the doors…again..at the end of our stay, I told the manager this is better than home! We have enjoyed your hotel SO MUCH! And we traveled around the U.S. for national bowling championships for 32 years. Not our first rodeo! Thank you all very much!!! Unlike any other!!!

Even though I booked in advance and had a confirmation number when I arrived the hotel informed me that they had overbooked and they moved me to another one of their properties. When I got to that property they said I would be accommodated for one night and then need to return to the hotel where I originally booked for the second night. I checked out after one night, returned to the original hotel where I was informed that I was bounced to the other hotel for both nights, so I had to return back to the other hotel and check in again after I had checked out an hour earlier. The manager said they would give me a discount for my trouble. The discount turned out to be $10. Regardless of whether the room was clean, comfortable etc. the entire experience was poor and the customer service was non-existent.

Staff was very friendly! But I was surprised to know that handicapped rooms are more expensive than normal rooms doesn’t seem right that because I’m handicapped I have to pay more for a room. Staff member Marquis was extremely nice and helpful!

Everyone is so nice at this hotel. Very clean. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Jayden is awesome! Everyone at the Hotel is great! Hotel is in a great area. Parking is safe. Restaurants e everywhere!

My daughter and I were in for a Family wedding reception! Conner, who was at the front desk most of our stay made everything amazing. He was knowledgeable, worked super human hours during our stay, had a good sense of humor. Overall, the staff was very friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Suzanne

We had a wonderful stay! We went for a family wedding and was very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and the hotel had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

I booked a room for Mon-Fri for a business trip. When I checked the app Monday morning my trip had disappeared, and I then found an email from the Fairfield Inn front desk saying that I had been "upgraded" to the Hampton Inn next door and to go straight to the Hampton to check in. It turned out that the Fairfield was sending guests to the Hampton for breakfast because of construction so it saved me a daily trip across the parking lot. The only issue I encountered was that both hotels charged my credit card - the Hampton upon checkout and the Fairfield on the Tuesday of my stay. I had to contact the Fairfield to have the charges refunded and to get my reward points for the stay.

I’m a Diamond member that was outvoted on where to stay for a base hotel for all the families attending a wedding last weekend. Fairfield Avon is an outstanding property beginning and ending with the Operations Manager (Sherri?) who really cares about this property. I hate the overused words team leader, but Sherri leads by example and it shows. Everyone and I mean everyone is super friendly and makes you happy you’re spending your money here. Yes, it’s a new property, but Sherri is determined to keep it clean. Employees are frequently seen cleaning everything including everything in the work out room, Plus it’s a just a great, homey facility for family gatherings. No problem using the dining room for socializing at breakfast, lunch or dinner or after dinner. Or the patio out back with plenty of chairs, a grill and a fire pit. Or the swimming pool with a very nice gathering area while others play in the pool. Plus it’s in a great location with lots of stuff very close by including a Super Center, Costco and tons of restaurants.

My spouse and I were in town for a business conference, and we decided to stay at the Fairfield Inn property in Avon. The hotel is exceptionally clean (I loved seeing the front desk agent sweeping the entry area!) and the staff we interacted with were very welcoming and professional. From the manager to the kind housekeeping staff, we enjoyed the high level of service. All are to be commended! It’s so refreshing to stay at a hotel post-pandemic and be treated so kindly. We had a great stay!
